At Noria Nails, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions described below.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive your order.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • Products must be returned in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used, including:

  • Opened nail gels

  • Nail liquids

  • Used cosmetic products

  • Custom or personalized products

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights under EU law.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The product is defective

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
