All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing and shipping times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed at checkout.
We primarily use Omniva and other trusted shipping partners for domestic and international deliveries.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by local authorities.
Noria Nails is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
Noria Nails is not responsible for products lost or damaged during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend keeping all packaging materials and damaged items until the claim process is completed.
